- Exact shipping charges are added to orders.
- Orders will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours.

- If you are wanting pickup any other time during the month, you will NEED an appointment window.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES - please read carefully
Our return policy is for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only, we do not issue refunds.
In order to be eligible for an exchange all items must be:
- Received at our store within 10 days of original delivery to customer (the date marked "Delivered" by the shipping company).
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached.
- Phoenix Remix is not responsible for shipping damage. We recommend insuring shipments and gathering tracking information.
- Include a copy of your packing slip.
- Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. This includes everything from 40% off or above on regular priced items and ALL sale items.
- Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items
