Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

• Exact shipping charges are added to orders.
• Orders will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours.
• Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package to be delivered.

PICKUP

• You will need to schedule an appointment for picking up your order, please email us at phoenixremixboutique@gmail.com or call us at 469-786-0160. 
• If you are wanting pickup any other time during the month, you will NEED an appointment window.  

RETURNS / EXCHANGES - please read carefully

Our return policy is for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only, we do not issue refunds.

In order to be eligible for an exchange all items must be:

• Received at our store within 10 days of original delivery to customer (the date marked "Delivered" by the shipping company).
• Returns must be unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached.
• Phoenix Remix is not responsible for shipping damage. We recommend insuring shipments and gathering tracking information.
• Include a copy of your packing slip.
• Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.  This includes everything from 40% off or above on regular priced items and ALL sale items.  
• Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items
